Annual Report Disclosure

A reporting issuer is required to comply with a number of obligations related to the publishing and filing of financial reporting under the Securities Industry Act (1998) and Regulations thereto. Reporting issuers must publish and file their annual reports with the GSC within four months after the end of their fiscal year. For investors' benefit, these filings are included here.
